INGREDIENTS
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2-3 tbsps chopped sundried tomato (optional)
- 1 tbsp hemp oil (optional)
- Cheesy Garlic Alfredo Cheese
Making the Pasta
- Presoak your broccoli florets in water for an hour or two. I typically use warm water. Set it to the side.
- Optional: Peel the zucchinis. I typically peel mine, because I like for the pasta to look like the normal starchy pasta I grew up on.
- Take your spiralizer and attach the 2 zucchinis (one at a time) and spiralize them.
- After the zucchini is spiralized, I like to let mine sit in warm salt water with a little hemp oil. (adding the hemp oil is optional)
- I often put the zucchini and the broccoli in the dehydrator in a lil water for about 30 mins to an hour. This will soften them and make them warm.
- Take the zucchini and broccoli out, rinse them.
- Mix the cheese in with the broccoli and zucchini.
- Sprinkle the sundried tomato on top.
