Chocolate Coconut Truffles

This raw vegan treat took me less than 5 mins to make. I used left over nuts I had soaking and a little bit of the Chocolate Lover's Sauce that was already pre-made. Funny how when you make some things and put it in the fridge, it comes in handy later.

INGREDIENTS
Making the Chocolate Coconut Truffles
In a food processor put the nuts and 1/2 cup of coconut flakes, chop them fine, pour in the chocolate sauce, mix a little then scoop out and form into balls. Then take the other half cup of coconut flakes and roll the balls in them. I like to do this cause they are sticky and this helps to not have that sticky feeling on your fingers when you're eating them. 

TIP:
If you don't want to use coconut flakes, try using chopped almonds, walnuts or pecans...have fun with it...and switch it up!
