Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad
INGREDIENTS
6 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup dried cranberries or craisins
1 raw red onion
1/2 cup raw vegan mayo

Making the Broccoli Salad
  • Chop your broccoli into bite size pieces.
  • Finely shop your red onion.
  • Put them both in a large bowl and mix.
  • Don't forget to throw in the dried cranberries! Mix some more!
Go on taste it...you know you want to...and mix away!

TIP:
Feel free to add a tablespoon of raw blue agave and/or a table spoon of apple cider vinegar if you want more of a sweet tangy taste to it.
