Flax Bread

Flax Bread
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Red Delicious Apples (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp raw organic extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1.5 cups of ground flax
  • ¼ cup of water

 Making the Flax Bread
  • Put ingredients into a food processor and mix it together until it forms a dough texture.
  • Line your dehydrator with parchment paper. (optional-I do this for easy clean up)
  • Spread evenly in Dehydrator.  (flip when half way done and remove the parchment paper)
  • Dehydrate until its ready.
  • Total dehydration time will vary based on thickness of bread and type of dehydrator used. I usually allow it to dehydrate for about 12-18 hours.
