Herbed Gala Apple Juice
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup tightly packed cilantro
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 5 gala apples
  • 1 cup water (for blender use only)
Makes (about) 35-40 oz.

Put it in your juicer ... and juice it! 

No juicer? No problem! Blend in your Vitamix. Then strain through a nut milk bag or a paint strainer bag...and pour in your storage container. For detailed instructions on making juice in the blender click here.

This juice is absolutely delish! You taste the cilantro and parsely...with a hint of apple juice...its really good and good for you! ♥

TIP: 
Remember to save that pulp! all those herbs will go nicely in some home made veggie burgers!
