|Garlic and Herbed Hummus|
- 2 cans of organic chickpeas
- 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 tsp braggs liquid aminos
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 nice size garlic cloves (or more to taste)
- a lil water 1/3 cup water
Put everything in your Vitamix blender and blend into until smooth and creamy.
This is a really good hummus recipe. It makes a lot, but it goes really fast! *smile* Enjoy!
