Garlic and Herbed Hummus

Garlic and Herbed Hummus
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans of organic chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp organic coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp braggs liquid aminos
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 nice size garlic cloves (or more to taste)
  • a lil water 1/3 cup water 
Put everything in your Vitamix blender and blend into until smooth and creamy.
This is a really good hummus recipe. It makes a lot, but it goes really fast! *smile* Enjoy!
