Guacamole |
INGREDIENTS
- 4 avocado's
- 2-3 tomatoes (to your liking)
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
Making the Guacamole
- Cut your avocado's in half and remove the pits.
- Scoop out the avocado meat and put them into your Vitamix blender. Put one of the half cut avocado's to the side. Do NOT put that half in the blender.
- With the exception of the tomatoes, put in all of the remaining ingredients into the blender.
- Blend until creamy. Do not over blend...You are not making a smoothie! *smile*
- Put into your serving bowl.
- Chop your tomatoes into desired sizes.
- Fold the tomatoes into your guacamole.
- Chop that half avocado that you put to the side into small chunks. This will help even out the smoothness and texture of the Guacamole...
- Be sure to carefully fold all of the ingredients in.
- Try not to eat it all in one sitting! This is so good!
TIP:
If you like spice, try a dash of cayenne pepper in your guacamole!
